Modern fast-paced work environments invariably subject us to constant stress that drags our health to suboptimal levels. This suboptimal health, along with our postural behaviour, ultimately manifests to the many aches and pains we face.
In this talk, Dr Sim introduced these phenomena with strategies to cope with stress and acupressure exercises to relieve mild pain. She also talked about TCM therapies for the treatment of severe or chronic pain.
