With the current landscape of our society, it is easy to settle into a sedentary lifestyle, especially for office workers. It is crucial to understand the necessity of having a good diet and maintaining proper eye care as we sit in front of our computer for around 8 hours almost every day.
In this talk, Physician Sheryl Tay talked about the fundamentals of weight gain and loss, problems that accompany them, and the TCM’s approach to weight management. She then moved on to talk about the problems that arise when eye care is not maintained, as well as share some DIY tips for home use.
