Managing Stress, Anxiety & Fatigue

Modern, fast-paced work environments often subject us to high levels of stress that directly impacts our health and well-being. The culmination of stress, along with our posture at work, ultimately manifests into the many ailments we face.
In this session, Physician Sheryl introduced these issues, and suggested strategies from a TCM perspective to cope with stress, as well as acupressure exercises to relieve common work-related pains.
