Lotus Leaf Cassia Seed Tea

There are various herbs that exhibit cholesterol lowering properties. Try out this easy tea recipe!


  • Lotus Leaf (荷叶, He Ye), 6g
  • Cassia Seeds (决明子, Jue Ming Zi), 10g
  • Honey (蜜糖, Mi Tang), optional


  1. Add boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes
  2. Add honey to taste

Drink 3-5 times per week.
